Misterioso Viaje Holanda are back after two years in which the members have been working on different parallel projects. The group`s new disc "MVH" (self-produced 2014) has 10 new songs, mixing pop, rock and electronic music in a carefully conceived environment, as if it were a concept album, a change of style from their previous album ("Nunca Taxi" Ernie Records, 2010). This was the album which took them to the stages of important festivals like Sonorama, and to perform in the live concerts on Radio 3, and to be adopted by the popular radio DJ Chema Rey. "Nunca Taxi" includes "Dos Semanas" for which Juan Pablo Etcheverry made a videoclip which won the jury prize at the Cans Film Festival."MVH" was produced by the band themselves, with the help of Alberto Castro in the recording sessions, and has important collaborations of a string quartet and brass section which enrich the sound, with musical contrasts close to experimentation. With a dark lyricism and a sublety which contrasts paradoxically with the aggresivity of the guitars and rhythms "MVH" shows a band which has matured, with a sound that is clear, well-defined and elaborated, a sound which opens a new way in the musical destiny of this Galician group. They presented this disc throughout 2014, the outstanding concert being that of the Noroeste Pop Rock festival where they shared the stage with Love of Lesbian nd Delafé y las Flores Azules. "MVH" was chosen as disc of the year in Galicia by Mundo Sonoro magazine.
