In 2017, from the confluence of the sensitivities and emotions that arise from its members, MEU was born in central Galicia.Galician rock in Galician, sailing from punk rock to metal with freedom, without being anchored in a particular style or tied to any labels. Each new song can bring a new surprise. Lyrics of commitment, social denunciation, vindication, love, feelings, vital problems, pains and hopes, frustrations and rewards. This mix of attitude and passion leads them to label it under "caña del país". These years of hard rock are settled in an energetic live performance, characterised by intensity and consistency from the beginning to the end.In 2020 they introduce themselves with "Animal ferido" and "Non quero ser normal", recorded at the end of the previous year in Estudios Mafia (O Carballiño). At the end of 2021, they go in Cimática Studio (Cerceda) to record new songs, such as "Doutor Caníbal", "Insectos" or "Outro día máis", which will be released during 2022.Currently, MEU are Dani Morotxo (vocals), Antonio García (drums), Caníbal (bass), Fonso Doval (guitar, vocals) and Trash Tornado (guitar, backing vocals).
