Mr.Magoo

Mr. Magoo was born in Pontevedra more than a decade ago, although it has been morphing until settling in the quintet composed of Koldo (drums), Luis (guitar), Natxo (bass), Patricia (vocals, percussions) and Rafa (vocals and guitar).

After years of touring around Galicia and group changes, "Chicos, no sabéis lo que me pasó" (2011) and later "Aux barricades" (2015), both self-published CDs. Some of these songs, and other unpublished songs, would compose a compilation album called “minor hits” (2016), only available on their Bandcamp. In 2017, converted into power-trio, they record 4 tracks that under the name of “Low Cost Lovers”.

In 2019 they return to the load to present their long duration “Hidden Port” released by the label Clifford Records (Almería) on LP and CD. Recorded at Terraforma Studios (Hio-Cangas), under the production of Ibán Pérez, Mr. Magoo gathers a handful of songs that reveal their influences that go from rock to guitar-pop guitar. All tracks struggle between the luminosity of the calm summer waters until the winter thunderstorms that whip the "hidden port" that they now discover.
