Established in 2015, Magical Colors starts as a quartet and, after three years where they release a single and an EP, bassist Iria Novo leaves the group, setting them as the current trio.Magical Colors are former Moondogs Blues Party, Marcos Maoxu (keyboards, backing vocals) and Javi Campello (vocals, guitars), along with Alberto Guntín (vocals, drums), and it is based in Vilalba (Lugo).Their music is based on different rock genres with a tendency towards psychedelia and a spirit of improvisation that reaches its peak in their live shows.The band sings indistinctly in Galician, Spanish and English without stylistic straitjackets and with a creative freedom inspired by the music of the 60s and 70s.
