I was born in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) the 8th of Septermber of 1977. At the age of four I was already studying music in the Conservatorio Histórico de Santiago following the Kódaly Method . Together with classes at the Jazz centrum "Estudio Escuela de música".In 1995 I traveled to the United States and by the end of 1999 I finished my studies: "Licenciatura Cum Laude in Jazz Composition & Piano Performance" in Berklee College of Music, (Boston, USA) And finally in 2000, I came back to the one and only city I have always loved to come back to: Compostela.I am a musician because I believe that music is one of the most powerful ways of communicating one's feelings and it also allows us to be more intuitive. I strive not to neglect these aspects in all the projects I embark myself on.My primary instrument is the piano, but I additionally play the drums. I'm also a composer and a teacher. Since 1996 I've lead an acoustic Jazz Trio that involves Pablo Martín Caminero (double bass) and Bruno Pedroso (drums). I've played with other ensembles such as quintets and septets along with recording and doing live presentations. So far, the list of my very own discographic works looks like this: Babel de Sons (2001), Simetrías (2002), GHU! Project vol.1 (2004), Playing on Light -7 sounding photos- (2006), Open Doors (2008), Piano Solo (2009), Open Doors Live (2009), Zigurat (2010), A Modo (2012) y VerSons (2013).
