
Musical project without precedents in the world music movement based in jazz that combines Iberian and Western European music with traditional Indian music. To get this sound they merge piano, sitar, Indian drums, tenor saxophone, flute, bagpipe, viola and electronic music.This group is composed of Alberto Conde, Galician pianist, composer and producer, currently jazz professor at CSM Coruña and known as the the innovator of "muiñeira jazz"; the sitarist Shakir Khan, eighth sitarist of the legendary Etawah Gharana dynasty, one of the most prestigious in India, pupil and son of master Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan; Vikas Tripathi, Indian drums player, who was a pupil of master Samta Prasad Mishra (who won the National Award of India); Xosé Miguélez, bagpipe teacher at CPM Vigo who holds a Bachelor's degree in jazz-saxophone from ESMAE in Porto and a master's degree from Guildhall in London; also the Galician producer and electronic music dj B.O.U.L.E whose songs and albums are hits in the electronic music of Miami (Florida); and finally Joseph Valente, Portuguese composer and viola player, who is attending classical studies in Vienna and jazz in The New School (New York) and who has played with Paquito de Rivera, Yoshua Redman and Dave Douglas, among otrhers.
