Miguel Alonso is a singer and songwriter born in Ferrol (A Coruña) in 1984. Since his beginnings, his music has been influenced by American folk and rock (Dylan, Cohen, Springsteen) and by Spanish and Latin American singer-songwriters (Sabina, Aute, Silvio Rodríguez).He has released three albums: "A noite dos cans" (2010), "Como dioses de alquiler" (2014) and "Literaria" (2018), as well as several EPs. Although he is the usual lyricist of his songs, usually in Galician, he has occasionally set current Galician poets to music.Alonso is also a member of Minguante and the children's band Música Miúda, as well as being a writer with two published books so far: "O caso Quintana" (Belagua Ediciones, 2017) and "O caso dos amantes de París" (Belagua Ediciones, 2021).
