Os Amigos dos Músicos publish their first album: a selection of songs that meet the same with the alien to shape a fragmented discourse where the different voices follow one another but, in dribs and drabs, the coherence of the horizon emerges.The band, which always sought inspiration from traditional Galician songs, establishes with this album a compass heading to this day’s run. The coordinates that, figuratively but also objectively, mark Curros Enríquez, Suso Vaamonde, Manuel María and Luis Emilio Batallán are the anchor that allows them to stand up and look up only to continue their journey. A sample of this state of mind are their concerts where they show their wide music range through the subtle changes of dynamic and the band’s voices blend.To give expression to these voices and ambitions, Os Amigos dos Músicos got together in different times for the past two years in Estudios A Ponte (Santiago de Compostela) to record an in-house production album supported by Tomás Ageitos as the sound engineer, mixing was by Druso L. Pedrouzo and mastering by Dr. Chou. Federico Álvarez was the photographer of the pictures found inside of the album and María Grande was responsible for the design of the CD and LP.After a period of time travelling around stages all over the country, Os Amigos dos Músicos launch their new work which, more tan a summary of the previous one, is intented to be an introduction to a new age.
