Denis Carballás (The Riggos, Sniff & Crash) is a musician from Vigo. From a very young age, he used to listen the same songs his parents listened to and his enthusiasm for music grows more and more. He did not know where all those sounds came from until he discovered the guitar and, at the age of 8, he was enrolled at CMUS Vigo, where he only lasted three years. He did not like music theory nor the gray walls of the building! His way forward since then is to listen to music and try to imitate it, thus, he found a lot of musicians and songs that he admires. The next logical step was to compose, so he goes through bands like Brainwave (2011-2013) or Beethoven Rollers (2012-2016). He also composes soundtracks for webseries or short films such as "Fume" (Alejandro Rodríguez, 2016), "Agora, Ti" (Claudia Alonso, Alejandro Rodríguez, 2017) or "Cando mamá pechou as caixas" (Arancha Brandón, 2018).Currently, in addition to playing in The Riggos, Nítido and Sniff & Crash, Carballás began a new solo adventure. Throughout 2018, locked in his room, he makes songs that he publishes little by little on social networks, with the only pretense of having a good time; pieces that include miscellaneous genres: pop, blues, folk or country, among others, and, at the same time, they tell the journey of a year full of changes and the feelings according to this development. In March 2019, premieres his first solo album "Memoria" (2019), a mental round trip through 14 songs.
