Montedapena is the most personal artistic project of Héctor Rodríguez.

A musical proposal capable of capturing the feelings of an entire generation, allowing audiences to connect and identify with it from the very first line.

In 2025, he released his self-titled debut album, 'Montedapena', a work that laid the foundations of his sonic and narrative identity. In 2026, he presents 'Menos mal', a five-track EP that gathers and expands the project’s most direct, ironic, and life-affirming phase. The release follows the impact of singles such as “Me tiré a un facha” and “Lista de checks,” further shaping a universe where social critique coexists with festive energy and the pulse of accessible alternative pop.

With this new release, Montedapena continues to explore a space where sharp lyrics, irony, and humor serve as tools to address personal and collective contradictions. Across its six tracks, 'Menos mal' moves between the urgency of punk-pop, the boldness of alternative pop, and a generational взгляд that observes—with distance and a certain edge—the narratives that define contemporary adult life.
