aCadaCanto

aCadaCanto was born in Galicia in 2012, is the result of the confluence of four outstanding musicians from some of the most important projects of the Galician music scene in recent years: such us Berrogüetto, Nova Galega de Danza, Espido, among others.

Guadi Galego, Xabier Díaz, Guillerme Fernández and Xosé Lois Romero (voice, percussion, guitar and accordion) share the same vision of music, enriched by the different musical backgrounds of each one of them. They also share an important musical point of reference: Galician traditional music.

They have met for years in different groups and in different ways. Finally, they decided to join their efforts in order to create a project of their own, in which they could accommodate their musical interests.

Their repertoire includes original compositions, revisions of old songs belonging to the tradition of their country of origin and even original versions of universal classics.

This is a modern and contemporary musical proposal in the form and in the content. Nevertheless, it is strongly related to the tradition to which the three band members are bound together and which has always been an inspiration source.
