Arantxa Pérez

Arantxa Pérez (Catoira, 1986) is a Spanish independent artist, singer and composer of melodic pop. She started in music by chance, after an end-of-year festival at the beginning of the 90s; after having participated in several music contests and being part of several verbena orchestras, she decided to start her guitar training in a self-taught way.

Her first demo saw the light in 2016 to become, a year later, a full-length album of ten songs and a title that seems to open doors to hope: "Hay tanto camino por andar" (2017), produced by Jordi Cristau. In November 2019, she releases her second album, "A salvo", a collection of twelve songs, including some featuring international artists, recorded under the supervision, production and arrangements of Cristau and Bob Benozzo.

Throughout 2020, the singer and composer shared several new songs on her social networks with the simplicity and nudity of her voice, accompanied only by an acoustic guitar, with some of them reaching more than one million streams. During the pandemic she works on the production of her third album, hand in hand with Benozzo, which she would finally release in September 2023.

"Del cielo a Marte" (2023) is a selection of twelve new songs that Arantxa introduced with the single 'Mi capitán', dedicated to her father, where she reveals the emotion and feeling included in her brand new album.
