Faltriqueira is a local vocal project made of Galician traditional music mixed with musical influences of all genres, merging polyphony, percussion and acoustic instruments.Their discography begin with a compilation album, namesake of the group, inspired by tradition and songwriting, but their consolidation as a group comes with their second album where they expand the range of far-away sounds and latitudes that mix with their personal thoughts and feelings: “efffecto Faltriqueira”.In a second creative stage, “The Pockettes” is born, four pieces in English a cappella: two cover versions of The Beatles and the other two of popular jazz and American vaudeville.
